RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- RETURN/EXCHANGE item(s) need to be returned within 21 days of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, free from pet hair and still in original condition.
- Items that are returned not in the original condition or show obvious signs of use, washing or wear or will be rejected and returned to you.
- Items that were on Sale, part of a Promotion or Special Offer at the time of Purchase CANNOT be Returned or Exchanged.
- Please send an email to the following address if returning/exchanging a purchase.
Please include in the email what product you are returning and the reason for
return. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful return/exchange:

receive it back in resalable condition.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- INCLUDE a copy of your invoice or order confirmation and clear instructions
of what you would like exchanged and sizing.

PLEASE INCLUDE an Australia Post PARCEL POST PREPAID Satchel with YOUR details filled out in the To: section so we can send you your exchange item.
As soon as your parcel arrives, we will send your exchange items out in the satchel that you provided.
REFUND PROCEDURE
When we have received your item for Return, and the conditions for return are satisfied, a refund will be completed via your method of purchase. This can take up to 7 to 14 days depending on the method of your purchase.
